Founded in 1890, the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce
is a non-profit organization aimed at advancing and strengthening
the regional business community through member services, public
affairs advocacy and community building.
The Southwest Washington Contracters Association was founded
in 1947 to strengthen businesses and build a sense of community
within the commercial and industrialconstruction industries in
Southwest Washington. The SWCA provides its members with
resources to gain a cutting edge in the field through a variety of
face-to-face networking events, a non-profit online Plan Center,
and access to the latest in construction education.
Share was founded in 1979 with the goal of caring for the homeless
and hungry in the greater Vancouver area. Share operates shelters
for the homeless, a transitional housing program, case management,
a street outreach program, and provides daily meals for the
homeless and low-income members of our community.
SnowCap is a volunteer organization with a mission to feed and
clothe the poor. For nearly 50 years, SnowCap volunteers have
grown, collected, sorted, and distributed food for East County's
families in need. Their shopping style food pantry serves
almost 10,000 a month.
The mission of the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce
is bringing together and serving the business community.
Their vision is to lead by advancing a vibrant, prosperous
local economy, representing business to government, promoting
the community, and connecting businesses and people.
